戒澱粉質減肥法

昨天有朋友同我講開戒澱粉質減肥法,

佢試左係work 既,好想試下不過就有少少傷身,

我諗我唔會完全戒晒,儘量減少囉免得影響身體嘛

 

尋日試左第一日

早餐我真係諗唔到食咩先冇澱粉質囉

後尾食左代餐,其實都有少少,

唔緊要啦,唔洗戒得咁盡的

後來d 朋友仔話生果都ok

好,聽日先啦

Lunch 食左麻布x房的定食(另叫左個菜但係冇食碗飯)

Dinner 因為一早約左人食左ruby Tuesday

但係冇食到我最中之一既 potato mashes

steak ribssalad

如果真係減到都幾好喎,咁多野食~~

 

有少少tired 呀,手腳有d凍,

今朝起身感覺有d

我希望keep 到一個星期睇下先啦
